This 30-min Consultation offers personalized guidance for your immigration journey to Canada. Whether you have questions about the application process, eligibility, or paperwork, our consultant is here to answer your questions and ensure you have the information you need to succeed. Partner with us to navigate your immigration challenges with confidence. If you choose to retain us to represent you, the charge for this consultation may be removed from the overall price.


Cancellation Policy

INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT This Agreement is made between Safe Harbour Immigration Services, represented by Roman Kohut, RCIC-IRB (R1053993) (“the Firm”), and the individual booking the consultation (“the Client”). By booking a consultation via safeharbourimmigration.ca, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. 1. Scope of Services The Firm will provide a one-time immigration consultation to assess the Client’s situation, answer questions, and outline potential options. This does not include application preparation or ongoing representation. 2. No Ongoing Representation This consultation does not create a client–representative relationship beyond the session. Additional services require a separate written retainer agreement. 3. Method and Duration Consultations are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, phone, or in person, and are limited to the time selected at booking. 4. Fees Fees must be paid in advance: 30 minutes: $100 60 minutes: $200 Fees are non-refundable once the consultation begins. 5. Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and missed appointments are non-refundable. New bookings require a new fee. 6. Client Responsibilities The Client must provide complete and accurate information. The Firm is not responsible for advice based on incomplete or incorrect information. 7. Confidentiality All information is kept confidential in accordance with professional obligations, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the Client. The Client consents to electronic communication. 8. Disclaimer Advice is based on current laws and the information provided. The Firm does not guarantee outcomes and is not responsible for decisions made by immigration authorities or changes in law. 9. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. 10. Acceptance By booking the consultation and submitting their name, the Client agrees to these terms and provides an electronic signature. Roman Kohut is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and adheres to its Code of Professional Conduct.
